The judicial standards commission shall employ an executive director. History: 1953 Comp., § 16-8-3, enacted by Laws 1974, ch. 4, § 1. Repeals and reenactments. — Laws 1974, ch. 4, § 1, repealed former 16-8-3, 1953 Comp., relating to the supreme court clerk serving as staff for the commission, and enacted the above section. Am.
