This act [33-3B-1 to 33-3B-4 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "County Detention Facility Reimbursement Act". History: Laws 2007, ch. 333, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2007, ch. 333, § 5 made the County Detention Facility Reimbursement Act effective July 1, 2007.
