History: Laws 2002, ch. 8, § 5; repealed by Laws 2002, ch. 8, § 8. Repeals. — Laws 2002, ch. 8, § 8 terminated the corrections population control commission, effective June 30, 2007. The duties and responsibilities of the commission were assumed by the secretary of corrections on July 1, 2007.
