This act [33-15-1 to 33-15-4 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Privately Operated Correctional Facilities Oversight Act". History: Laws 2001, ch. 169, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2001, ch. 169, § 5 made the Privately Operated Correctional Facilities Oversight Act effective July 1, 2001.
