This act [33-13-1 to 33-13-8 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Inmate Forestry Work Camp Act". History: Laws 1998, ch. 57, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 1998, ch. 57 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const. art. IV, § 23, was effective May 20, 1998, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
