Sections 1 through 3 [33-11-1 to 33-11-3 NMSA 1978] of this act may be cited as the "Inmate Literacy Act". History: Laws 1988, ch. 78, § 1. Compiler's notes. — Laws 1990, ch. 15, § 1 repealed Laws 1988, ch. 78, § 10, which had repealed the Inmate Literacy Act, effective July 1, 1990.
