Repeals. — Laws 1999, ch. 254, § 5 repealed 32A-6-10.1 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1995, ch. 207, § 11, relating to resource consultants for children placed in residential treatment or habilitation programs, effective July 1, 1999.
