This act [Chapter 32A, Article 24 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Child Helmet Safety Act". History: Laws 2007, ch. 66, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2007, ch. 66, § 6 made the act effective July 1, 2007.
