Each member of the children's cabinet shall name an employee to serve as a liaison to ensure coordination and communication among departments and agencies and to address cross-jurisdictional issues in an efficient, effective and expeditious manner. History: Laws 2005, ch. 64, § 4. Effective dates. — Laws 2005, ch. 64 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 17, 2005, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
