The department shall adopt rules necessary to administer the provisions of the Violence Intervention Program Act, including standardized rules pertaining to the collection and sharing of data by grantees. History: Laws 2022, ch. 56, § 45. Effective dates. — Laws 2022, ch. 56, § 45 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective May 18, 2022, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
