The commission shall report to the legislature annually by November 1 of each year regarding the:
A. applications for grants made during the previous fiscal year by each criminal justice coordinating council;
B. purpose and amount of each grant approved by the commission for each member for the previous fiscal year; and
C. processes, outputs and outcomes resulting from the use of the grant.

The 2023 amendment, effective June 16, 2023, revised reporting procedures related to crime reduction grants; redesignated former Paragraphs A(1) through A(3) as Subsections A through C, respectively; in the introductory clause, deleted "Each grant administration agency" and added "The commission", and after "shall report to the", deleted "commission" and added "legislature"; in Subsection B, after "approved by the", deleted "grant administration agency" and added "commission"; and deleted former Subsection B, which related to certain data sharing reporting requirements.
