As used in the Crime Reduction Grant Act, "commission" means the New Mexico sentencing commission. History: Laws 2019, ch. 192, § 6; 2023, ch. 60, § 1. The 2023 amendment, effective June 16, 2023, removed the definition of "grant administrative agency" from the Crime Reduction Grant Act; and deleted former Subsection B.
