Repeals. — Laws 2009, ch. 11, § 5 repealed 31-20A-2.1 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1981, ch. 30, § 1, relating to the prohibition against capital punishment of mentally retarded persons, effective July 1, 2009.
