This act [31-18B-1 to 31-18B-5 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Hate Crimes Act". History: Laws 2003, ch. 384, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2003, ch. 384, § 7 made the act effective July 1, 2003.
