Repeals. — Laws 1977, ch. 216, § 17, repealed 40A-29-1 to 40A-29-3.1, 40A-29-5 to 49A-29-11, 1953 Comp. (31-18-1 to 31-18-11 NMSA 1978), relating to sentencing of offenders.
