This act [30-33A-1 to 30-33A-5 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Telecommunications Service Theft Act". History: Laws 1997, ch. 50, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 1997, ch. 50 contains no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art.
