Repeals. — Laws 1989, ch. 215, § 8 repealed 30-16A-1 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1979, ch. 176, § 1, relating to the short title of the Computer Crimes Act, effective June 16, 1989. For present comparable provisions, see 30-45-1 NMSA 1978 et seq.
