Repeals. — Laws 1991, ch. 112, § 10 repealed 30-16-41 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1974, ch. 89, § 1, relating to unauthorized recording, sale of unauthorized recordings, providing equipment for illegal recording, penalties, and exemptions, effective July 1, 1991.
