ANNOTATIONS Repeals. — Laws 1999, ch. 278, § 53 repealed 3-9-14 NMSA 1978, enacted by Laws 1973, ch. 375, § 12, as amended by Laws 1985, ch. 208, § 102, relating to the cancellation of absentee ballots at death, effective June 18, 1999.
