Sections 1 through 11 [3-65-1 to 3-65-10 NMSA 1978] of this act may be cited as the "Minor League Baseball Stadium Funding Act". History: Laws 2001, ch. 231, § 1. Cross references. — For exemption to gross receipts tax, see 7-9-13.3 NMSA 1978. Emergency clause. — Laws 2001, ch. 231, § 13 contained an emergency clause and was approved April 3, 2001. Compiler's notes. — Laws 2001, Chapter 231 enacted the Minor League Baseball Stadium Funding Act. Section 1 of that act defined the Minor League Baseball Stadium Funding Act as Sections 1 to 11 of Chapter 231, however, Section 11 of Chapter 231 was not codified and appears as a note following 3-65-10 NMSA 1978.
