In making agreements or provisions, a local government shall not obligate itself except with respect to the project and the application of the revenues and revenue bond proceeds from the project. History: Laws 1979, ch. 391, § 37; 2018, ch. 60, § 35. The 2018 amendment, effective May 16, 2018, extended the powers and duties as identified in the Metropolitan Redevelopment Code from only municipalities to now include counties, and made technical changes; and after "agreement or provisions, a", deleted "municipality" and added "local government".
