Repeals. — Laws 2019, ch. 212, § 284 repealed 3-30-3 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1965, ch. 300, relating to nonresident municipal elector, manner of registering to vote on question of creating a municipal debt, certificate of eligibility, effective April 3, 2019.
