The first meeting of every association formed under Chapter 3, Article 28 NMSA 1978 shall be called by a notice signed by a majority of the incorporators named in the certificate of incorporation, which notice shall be served personally or by mail at least ten days prior to the date of the meeting. History: 1953 Comp., § 14-27-7, enacted by Laws 1965, ch. 300; 1990, ch. 60, § 7. The 1990 amendment, effective March 2, 1990, inserted "formed under Chapter 3, Article 28 NMSA 1978" and made minor stylistic changes.
