Municipal inspection program; manufactured housing

Notwithstanding any other provisions of law for inspection of manufactured housing,
a municipality over 100,000 in population located in a class "A" county may establish a
manufactured housing inspection program to inspect foundations, tie-downs and utility
service hookups and lines including but not limited to sewer, water, electrical and gas
service. The municipality may establish and collect a reasonable inspection fee. The
inspections may be made in addition to any other inspections authorized by law.
