New Mexico Code § 3-19-3

Chairman; regular meetings; records

A planning commission shall:
A. elect one of its members chairman for a one-year term;
B. create and fill other offices;
C. hold at least one regular meeting each month;
D. adopt rules for the transaction of business; and
E. keep a public record of its transactions, findings, resolutions and determinations.
