Sections 3-15-1 through 3-15-16 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Municipal Charter Act."
History: 1953 Comp., § 14-14-1, enacted by Laws 1971, ch. 118, § 1.
Repeals. — Laws 1971, ch. 118, § 1, repealed former 14-14-1, 1953 Comp., relating to permission for any incorporated municipality to adopt a charter, and enacted a new section.
