As used in the Mutual Aid Act, "public agency" includes the federal government or any department or agency thereof, an Indian tribal council, Indian pueblo council and the state or any county or municipality thereof. History: 1953 Comp., § 39-7-2, enacted by Laws 1971, ch. 153, § 2.
