Sections 12 through 15 [29-3B-1 to 29-3B-4 NMSA 1978] of this act may be cited as the "Accurate Eyewitness Identification Act". History: Laws 2019, ch. 211, § 12. Effective dates. — Laws 2019, ch. 211, § 17 made Laws 2019, ch. 211, § 12 effective July 1, 2019.
