This act [29-21-1 to 29-21-4 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Prohibition of Profiling Practices Act". History: Laws 2009, ch. 177, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2009, ch. 177, § 1 was effective June 19, 2009.
