Sections 1 through 4 [29-20-1 to 29-20-4 NMSA 1978] of this act may be cited as the "Law Enforcement Safe Pursuit Act". History: Laws 2003, ch. 260, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2003, ch. 260, § 6 made Laws 2003, ch. 260, § 1 effective July 1, 2003.
