The division shall promulgate necessary rules and regulations to administer the provisions of the Law Enforcement Protection Fund Act. History: Laws 1983, ch. 289, § 8; 1993, ch. 179, § 10. The 1993 amendment, effective June 18, 1993, substituted "division" for "local government division of the department of finance and administration".
