Repeals. — Laws 1988, ch. 101, § 51 repealed 28-5-1 to 28-5-3 NMSA 1978 as enacted by Laws 1977, ch. 252, § 18 and Laws 1967, ch. 235, §§ 2 and 3, relating to the committee on children and youth, effective July 1, 1989.
