Sections 28-10-9 through 28-10-12 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Disability Employment Act". History: 1953 Comp., § 5-1-14, enacted by Laws 1969, ch. 129, § 1; 2007, ch. 46, § 32. The 2007 amendment, effective June 15, 2007, made non-substantive language changes.
