The governor's commission on disability is administratively attached, as defined in the Executive Reorganization Act [9-1-1 9-1-10 NMSA 1978], to the department of finance and administration. History: 1978 Comp., § 28-10-8, enacted by Laws 1982, ch. 13, § 1. ; 2004, ch. 20, § 10. Repeals and reenactments. — Laws 1982, ch. 13, § 1, repealed former 28-10-8 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1977, ch. 198, § 7, relating to the administration and funding for the committee on concerns of the handicapped, and enacted a new section, effective March 1, 1982. The 2004 amendment, effective May 19, 2004, changed the name of the "governor's committee on concerns of the handicapped" to the "governor's commission on disability".
