The office of the attorney general may take action to investigate and enforce the requirements of Sections 27-2E-1 and 27-2E-2 NMSA 1978. History: Laws 2003, ch. 381, § 3; 2024, ch. 39, § 94. The 2024 amendment, effective July 1, 2024, changed "1 and 2 of this act" to "27-2E-1 and 27-2E-2 NMSA 1978". Severability. — Laws 2003, ch. 381, § 4 provided for the severability of the act if any part or application thereof is held invalid.
