Chapter 27, Article 2D NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Education Works Act". History: Laws 2003, ch. 317, § 1; 2009, ch. 186, § 4. The 2009 amendment, effective June 19, 2009, changed the reference to the act to the chapter and article of NMSA 1978. Applicability. — Laws 2009, ch. 186, § 7 provided that the provisions of Laws 2009, ch. 186 apply beginning August 1, 2009.
