Chapter 27, Article 2A NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Medicaid Estate Recovery Act". History: Laws 1994, ch. 87, § 1; 2024, ch. 39, § 86. The 2024 amendment, effective July 1, 2024, changed "This act" to "Chapter 27, Article 2A NMSA 1978".
