Sections 27-2-41 through 27-2-47 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Indigent Catastrophic Illness Hospital Funding Act". History: Laws 1990, ch. 93, § 1; 2024, ch. 39, § 83. The 2024 amendment, effective July 1, 2024, deleted "This act" and added "Sections 27-2-41 through 27-2-47 NMSA 1978".
