Repeals. — Laws 1998, ch. 8, § 28 and Laws 1998, ch. 9, § 28 repealed 27-2-22 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1937, ch. 18, § 11h, relating to recovery from a recipient, effective February 18, 1998. For provisions of former section, see the 1997 NMSA 1978 on NMOneSource.com .
