Former foster-care recipients; medical assistance coverage until age twenty-six

The department shall cover individuals who are residents of New Mexico and who are former recipients of foster care, regardless of the state where the foster care was received, until those individuals reach the age of twenty-six years.

Effective dates. — Laws 2015, ch. 31 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 19, 2015, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
