Repeals. — Laws 1999, ch. 270, § 10 repealed 26-2-1 to 26-2-4 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1971, ch. 244, §§ 1 to 3 and as amended by Laws 1987, ch. 265, § 4, relating to the Drug Abuse Act, effective July 1, 1999.
