The department shall promulgate regulations to ensure that a person with a disease that can reasonably be expected to be transmitted to other persons shall not work in a dairy establishment. History: Laws 1993, ch. 188, § 30. Effective dates. — Laws 1993, ch. 188 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 18, 1993, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
