Sections 1 through 5 [25-12-1 to 25-12-5 NMSA 1978] of this act may be cited as the "Homemade Food Act". History: Laws 2021, ch. 98, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2021, ch. 98, § 9 made Laws 2021, ch. 98, § 1 effective July 1, 2021.
