As used in the New Mexico Chile Advertising Act: A. "board" means the board of regents of New Mexico state university; and B. "chile pepper" means the fruit from Capsicum annuum. History: Laws 2011, ch. 57, § 2. Effective dates. — Laws 2011, ch. 57 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 17, 2011, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
