Recompilations. — Laws 2024, ch. 39, § 53 recompiled and amended former 24-33-1 NMSA 1978 as 24A-7-1 NMSA 1978, effective July 1, 2024. The 2024 amendment, effective July 1, 2024, changed "This act" to "Chapter 24A, Article 7 NMSA 1978".
