Chapter 24A, Article 2 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Health Facility Receivership Act". History: 1978 Comp., § 24-1E-1, enacted by Laws 1996, ch. 35, § 4; 2001, ch. 225, § 1; recompiled and amended as § 24A-2-1 by Laws 2024, ch. 39, § 39. Recompilations. — Laws 2024, ch. 39, § 39 recompiled and amended former 24-1E-1 NMSA 1978 as 24A-2-1 NMSA 1978, effective July 1, 2024. The 2024 amendment, effective July 1, 2024, changed "Chapter 24, Article 1E" to "Chapter 24A, Article 2". The 2001 amendment, effective June 15, 2001, substituted "Chapter 24, Article 1E NMSA 1978" for "Sections 24-1E-1 through 24-1E-6".
