A document of gift constitutes a legal document and has sufficient legal authority to be accepted by a designated or undesignated donee of anatomical gifts pursuant to the Jonathan Spradling Revised Uniform Anatomical Gift Act. Recompilation. — Laws 2007, ch. 323, § 28 recompiled and amended former 24-6A-7.1 NMSA 1978 as 24-6B-7.1 NMSA 1978, effective July 1, 2007. The 2007 amendment, effective July 1, 2007, changed the name of the act.
