Each hospital in this state shall enter into agreements or affiliations with procurement organizations for coordination of procurement and use of anatomical gifts. History: Laws 2007, ch. 323, § 15. Effective dates. — Laws 2007, ch. 323, § 36 made the Jonathan Spradling Revised Uniform Anatomical Gift Act effective July 1, 2007.
