Chapter 24, Article 6B NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Jonathan Spradling Revised Uniform Anatomical Gift Act". History: Laws 2007, ch. 323, § 1; 2023, ch. 171, § 1. The 2023 amendment, effective April 5, 2023, deleted "Section 1 through 25 of this act" and added "Chapter 24, Article 6B NMSA 1978".
