This act [24-5A-1 to 24-5A-9 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Vaccine Purchasing Act". History: Laws 2015, ch. 5, § 1. Emergency clauses. — Laws 2015, ch. 5, § 10 contained an emergency clause and was approved March 20, 2015.
